Secure intake improvements are facilitated through the system’s MedicsPortal, MedicsKiosk, and specialized apps that are iPad®, iPhone®, and Android® compatible. In advance, MedicsPortal users log in and securely complete any forms and questionnaires required. Portal users can also request appointments and update their insurance and demographics to the extent allowable by the organization.

On arrival, patients and clients can use the MedicsKiosk for unassisted check-ins. At that point, the kiosk user completes any additional forms, intake questions, or assessments specifically relative to their visit. Information flows directly into his or her Medics profile eliminating “paperwork” and the manual input typically required by staff.
