Comprehensive Bed Management Automation from ADS
Bed management - or lack of it - can be a source of sleeplessness for administrators of inpatient facilities. The solution is the MedicsPremier Practice Management system and its built-in Medics BedManager. BedManager is also available as a separate capability.
Using BedManager, the facility’s Admissions team can see at a glance:
- Real time status of beds that are currently occupied and by whom, including gender

Also eliminated are time consuming one-on-one updates from bed or floor managers since a bed’s status is updated once in the system and is then available for system users to see across the enterprise in real time.
BedManager is flexible enough to be used in a manner that works best for the facility. Examples of user-defined capabilities include adding rooms, configuring the system’s intake window, room view parameters, and more.
