FREE Emdeon Vision for Claim Tracking Reporting Program to End 9/30/10!
Hundreds and hundreds of ADS clients have enrolled in Emdeon Vision, yet many clients have not. If you haven't, you are encouraged to do so TODAY since your normal Report Retrieval will be discontinued on September 30th!

Up to now, enrolling in Emdeon Vision had been optional. However, since this will now affect Report Retrieval, registering for Emdeon Vision really needs to be thought of as mandatory. Keep your Report Retrieval capability intact and enjoy all of the other Emdeon Vision benefits, at absolutely NO COST to ADS clients!
Please be aware that this change is being called for by Emdeon in preparation for moving to the new 5010 formats.
If your practice is (1) not submitting electronic claims at all, or (2) submitting electronic claims but not through Emdeon, then you need not register for the Emdeon Vision Claim Tracking program.
Ready to Get Started? It Takes Only 4 Easy Steps
Step #1 – Attend an Emdeon Vision Overview Webinar (schedule is below) to become familiar with Emdeon Vision and the benefits it will bring to your practice – register online using the links below.
Step #2 – Register with Emdeon at www.emdeon.com/signup and establish an Emdeon Vision account. Within 3-5 business days, an Emdeon representative will email you your secure username and password for Emdeon Vision.
Step #3 – Once you receive your login and password, login via Emdeon's website at https://access.emdeon.com.
Step #4 – Attend a very short online Emdeon Vision Training Session.
That's it! The process couldn't be simpler, and using the system is completely free of cost!
With Emdeon Vision, you will never find yourself at 10:00 AM (or any other time) asking, "Where are my claims?"

Important Notes
Please note the following points regarding ADS client online training sessions:
- These online training sessions are intended for existing ADS system users (they do not replace the training classes that ADS provides to new clients).
- Prior registration is required to attended an ADS client online training session – please register using the links on this page. If you have any questions about the information on this page, please contact us at 800-899-4237 ext. 5 email us at training@adsc.com.
- A phone line is required to join the audio portion of the session.
- The computer used to attend the session must have a reliable Internet connection.
- The duration of each online training session is about three hours, with scheduled breaks. .
- Sessions are conducted live by an ADS Trainer (they are not "canned" or pre-recorded).
- Clients will have an opportunity to submit questions during the presentation. The ADS Trainer will address questions as they are submitted, or as part of the Q&A periods during the session.
